Foundation Stage with rebar, preparation for Insulated Concrete Form (ICF).
The foundation ICF has 3″ of styrofoam on both sides of the concrete foundaton for better energy efficiency.
Framing Stage.
Floors are level before construction continues.
Upper floor of all three units are separated by an ICF party wall for much improved sound proofing between units.
Framing, roof, windows and temporary doors are installed at the lock up stage.
Interior and exterior finishing is to proceed after framing approval.
German technology, Schluter Kerdi waterproofing before tiles installation for showers and baths.
Schluter Ditra for all bathroom floors.
High end finishes including Italian Tiles and Commercial Grade Laminate flooring are installed.
